Ladybug Finds LLC is an online resale business specializing in curated pre-loved fashion, toys, home goods, and other items. We sell items through our website and third-party platforms including but not limited to Poshmark.
3. Purchases & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Purchases made through third-party platforms (Poshmark, etc.) are subject to those platforms' terms and conditions in addition to ours.
4. Item Descriptions & Condition
All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. We describe item conditions as accurately as possible and provide multiple photographs. Minor imperfections typical of pre-owned items may not always be individually noted. If you have questions about a specific item's condition, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is significantly different from its description or arrives damaged due to shipping.
If you believe you received an item not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Refund and return policies on third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' policies.
6. Shipping
Shipping costs, methods, and timelines vary by platform and item. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Items ship within the timeframes listed on the respective platform. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Ladybug Finds LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
