1. Nature of Our Items
LBF specializes in curated, resale, and antique items. Please note that "Vintage" or "Antique" items may show natural wear consistent with age. We strive for transparency in all condition descriptions.
2. Curated Sourcing Services
Our curation form is a request for LBF to act as a personal shopper. While we use our expertise to find your requested items, submission of a form does not guarantee the availability or acquisition of specific goods.
3. Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped from a smoke-free home in Arlington, Texas. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of resale and antique items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific listing or required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including photos and descriptions generated by LBF, are the property of LadyBug Finds LLC and may not be used without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
LadyBug Finds LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our site or the purchase of our curated items beyond the purchase price of the item itself.
